Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS). Ensure products and processes comply with industry standards, regulations, and customer specifications. Oversee all quality control activities, including inspections, testing, and data analysis. Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Manage and mentor the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of quality excellence. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field. 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment. Expertise in ISO 9001 quality management systems and other relevant industry standards (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100). Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and Lean Six Sigma. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
