Oversee all inspection activities for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods. Lead investigations into non-conformances, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a quality inspection team. Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma. Bonus Qualifications Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Lead Auditor certification (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949). Proficiency with statistical software (e.g., Minitab) for advanced data analysis. Experience with supplier quality management and development.
