Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS). Oversee all product quality inspection, testing, and control processes. Lead root cause analysis, corrective, and preventive action (CAPA) initiatives for non-conformances. Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and process efficiency. Manage supplier quality programs, including audits and performance monitoring. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications. Lead and manage internal and external quality audits. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment. In-depth knowledge and practical experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949). Proficiency in quality methodologies and tools such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, SPC, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis. Demonstrated leadership, team management, and strong communication skills. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE). Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, R, Python) for data analysis. Experience with advanced product quality planning (APQP) and production part approval process (PPAP).
