Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and closure of manufacturing projects (e.g., NPI, process improvements, capital expenditures). Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery. Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration among engineering, production, supply chain, and quality teams. Ensure projects adhere to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience leading complex projects within manufacturing, from concept to successful delivery. Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and supply chain. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification. Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, budget, schedule, and risks effectively. Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional team management skills. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. Demonstrated proficiency with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Experience managing projects involving manufacturing automation or Industry 4.0 initiatives. Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
