Key Responsibilities Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget for manufacturing initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, production, supply chain, quality) to execute projects efficiently. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with manufacturing projects, processes, and product launches. Recommended Qualifications Experience managing projects within a manufacturing environment, including understanding of production processes and supply chains. Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Lean) and project management software. Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. Strong leadership and cross-functional team management skills, fostering collaboration across engineering, production, and quality. Proven track record in identifying and mitigating risks specific to manufacturing projects (e.g., supply chain, quality control, equipment). Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Familiarity with ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or PLM systems. Experience with projects involving manufacturing automation or robotics. Understanding of technical drawings or CAD software.
