Launch Project Quality Supervisor What you’ll do: •Lead and coordinate program launch activities, ensuring successful execution from planning through SOP while managing daily launch operations and cross-functional team alignment. •Drive program performance and compliance, monitoring KPIs, OPIs, and APQP milestones (e-APDS, PWA, Stages, Open Project) to guarantee timely completion of all program deliverables. •Manage resources and remove operational barriers, supporting cross-functional teams, escalating risks when necessary, and ensuring readiness for prototypes, special builds, and customer events. •Ensure technical and operational readiness for launches, including equipment procurement coordination, PFMEA and Control Plan validation, 4M readiness reviews, and adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards. What is required: •Bachelor's in industrial , Mechatronic, Mechanical, or Quality Engineer •Strong knowledge of APQP and Core Quality Tools, including 8D, MSA, SPC, PFMEA, Control Plans, and customer-specific requirements, with solid experience in problem solving and continuous improvement methodologies. •Advanced English and previous experience in Launch Quality at Automotive Industry What’s in it for you: •Attractive compensation package •Recognition awards, company events, family events, university discount options and many more perks. •Gender Pay Equality Autoliv is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
