Junior Account Manager

About the Client Our client is an international fintech company, specialising in providing innovative payment solutions to businesses worldwide. They are focused on expanding their reach and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and client-oriented Junior to Mid-Level Account Manager who will act as a trusted partner for merchants, supporting their growth and helping them maximise the value of the payment solutions provided. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for merchants, promptly and professionally handling inquiries and requests. Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships that drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and business growth. Conduct regular calls and meetings to gain a deep understanding of clients’ needs and business objectives. Collect, review, and validate corporate documentation with completeness and accuracy. Prepare contracts and support the negotiation and approval process. Requirements Experience in account management, customer success, or related roles (experience in fintech or payment systems is a strong advantage). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Russian and English. Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to identify optimal solutions for client needs. Understanding of payment systems and processes (e.g., online acquiring, payment gateways, etc.). What we offer Career growth and professional development opportunities.
