Location: Remote — anywhere in Spain (Barcelona office for training period) Work Model: Remote (training in Barcelona) Language Required: Dutch + English Schedule: Monday to Friday | 39h/week | 09:00–18:00 Start Date: ASAP Contract: Permanent Bonus / Extra: Up to €3,000 performance bonus per year About the Role A premium remote role supporting Dutch speaking customers for one of the world's most iconic luxury automotive brands — fully remote from anywhere in Spain. You will manage complex customer experience journeys across sales, ownership, and aftersales, acting as a specialist point of contact for high-value clients. Monday to Friday schedule with a strong salary, generous annual bonus, and private medical insurance from day one. What You Will Do Manage Dutch and Flemish-speaking customer experience journeys for a luxury automotive brand Handle complex ownership, sales, and aftersales queries with a premium service mindset Coordinate with dealer networks and internal teams to resolve escalated issues Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction Document all interactions accurately in CRM Meet quality and customer satisfaction KPIs What We Are Looking For • Dutch • Strong English communication skills Minimum 1 year of customer experience or customer service experience Affinity with premium or luxury brands Comfortable working remotely with full autonomy Based in Spain, or willing to relocate to Spain independently EU ID or valid Spanish work authorisation What's In It for You Up to €3,000 bonus Fully remote from anywhere in Spain Private medical insurance from day one Premium luxury automotive brand on your CV • Monday to Friday — no weekends • Permanent contract
