You will support Dutch-speaking customers across product queries, machine troubleshooting, subscriptions, and orders. A role that combines great brand identity with a structured multilingual team environment in Lisbon. What You Will Do Handle Dutch-language customer queries for Nespresso via phone, email, and chat Support with machine issues, capsule orders, subscription management, and returns Deliver premium customer experience aligned with brand standards • Meet quality and productivity KPIs • Accurately document all interactions Participate in product training and team briefings What We Are Looking For • Dutch • English • Customer service experience preferred Brand awareness and affinity with premium consumer products is a plus • EU ID, valid Portuguese residence permit, or equivalent What's In It for You • Base salary × 14 payments • Meal allowance 7€/day • Health insurance from day one • Accommodation support available for relocators Nespresso — globally recognised premium brand on your CV • Lisbon-based
