Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work Model: On-Site Language Required: Dutch + English Schedule: Monday to Sunday | 07:00–23:00 rotative shifts | 2 rotative days off Start Date: 30 April 2026 Contract: CDD 6 months Salary: 1,100€ base × 14 months | Meal allowance 7.63€/day Bonus / Extra: €100 complexity bonus × 11 months Relocation: Shared accommodation for relocators from outside Portugal (up to 12 months). No flight ticket. About the Role Join the Dutch-speaking customer support team for one of the world's largest short-video and social media platforms, based in Lisbon. You will handle customer queries, account issues, and escalations in Dutch within a structured, fast-paced multilingual environment. Note: the client prefers candidates with no prior experience working for this organisation in any capacity or country. What You Will Do Handle Dutch-language customer queries via chat and email Resolve account access, content, and policy-related support cases Follow platform guidelines and escalation protocols Meet daily quality and productivity KPIs • Document all interactions accurately Participate in regular training and team briefings What We Are Looking For • Dutch • English No prior work experience with this client organisation (any country or project) • Customer service experience preferred Comfortable with extended rotative shifts (07:00–23:00) • EU ID, valid Portuguese residence permit, or equivalent What's In It for You • 1,100€ × 14 months | €100 complexity bonus × 11 months • Meal allowance 7.63€/day Health insurance (from day 1, free after 6 months) • Shared accommodation for relocators Global tech brand on your CV
