Core Requirements Linguistic Mastery: Native or near-native proficiency in Slovenian . English Proficiency: Minimum B2 level of English for training and internal collaboration. Legal Status: EU/EEA Citizenship or existing Bulgarian work authorization is mandatory. Location: Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria (Sofia) for a full-time, on-site/hybrid position. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma (University degree preferred). Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar and professional etiquette. A proactive approach to learning new products and service protocols. Experience in a BPO or shared services environment is an asset but not required.
