Mon–Fri: 09:00–20:00 Sat–Sun: 10:00–19:00 Rotational shifts within these hours Public holidays are paid double For part-time roles (minimum 50%), candidates must work full-time during the training period . Your Responsibilities Assist customers with travel-related inquiries via phone and written communication Provide accurate booking support and travel guidance Handle changes, cancellations, and general travel questions Deliver professional, solution-oriented customer service Work efficiently within booking and CRM systems What We're Looking For Native or C1/C2 Danish (written & spoken) B2 level English (written & verbal) Strong communication skills and service mindset Comfortable working in a structured, shift-based environment Basic computer skills - If relocating from abroad, candidates must confirm clearly: Yes, "I will be moving on my own" or "I do not require relocation support".
