Core Requirements Linguistic Mastery: Native or near-native proficiency (C1/C2) in German , with the ability to communicate with nuance and professionalism. English Proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) level of English to navigate internal systems and corporate communications. Legal Status: Must hold EU/EEA Citizenship or a valid, unrestricted work permit for Bulgaria. Technical Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk). Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a corporate retail environment is highly regarded. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a "customer-first" mentality. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with emotional intelligence and composure. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a shift-based, dynamic environment.
