Senior Full Stack Engineer (BPO Industry) Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic (Hybrid / Onsite / Remote within DR) Industry: BPO / Contact Center / CX Technology Salary Range: RD$180,000 – RD$350,000+ monthly (Depending on experience & English level) Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with experience supporting high-volume environments within the BPO / Contact Center industry . This role will focus on developing, optimizing, and maintaining internal platforms, CRM integrations, workforce tools, and customer-facing systems used in multi-client operations. The ideal candidate understands scalability, performance, data integration, and real-time systems , especially in environments handling thousands of daily transactions and interactions. Key Responsibilities Design and maintain scalable full stack applications supporting BPO operations. Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js . Build responsive dashboards and internal tools using React.js . Integrate systems with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, custom CRMs). Develop reporting tools connected to WFM, QA, and Performance Management systems. Optimize applications for high concurrency and real-time data processing. Ensure security and compliance for client data (PCI, data protection standards). Collaborate with Operations, IT, WFM, QA, and Client Success teams. Participate in architectural decisions for multi-tenant environments. Support cloud deployments (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Development. Strong expertise in Node.js and React.js . Experience integrating with CRM systems and APIs. Experience working in BPO, Contact Center, Fintech, or high-transaction environments. Strong database management skills (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). Experience handling real-time data streams and performance optimization. English level: Minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) – Required for client communication. Preferred Qualifications Experience developing workforce management tools. Knowledge of call center metrics (AHT, SLA, Occupancy, CSAT). Experience with multi-client / multi-tenant architecture.
