Digital Marketing Manager

Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. This role will oversee end-to-end digital campaigns, leveraging data and insights to optimize performance and ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, paid advertising, and online channels Drive lead generation initiatives to support business growth targets Manage and optimize social media campaigns to increase engagement and brand visibility Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using web analytics tools Use data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROI Collaborate with internal teams to align digital efforts with marketing and business goals Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and best practices Qualifications: Proven experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, and lead generation Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign management Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Preferred Skills: Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) Familiarity with the latest digital marketing tools and trends
