Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; Onsite - Dayshift Location: Bacolod City Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee national HR operations, including workforce planning, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, and recruitment Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support business objectives and regulatory compliance Drive talent acquisition initiatives to attract and retain top talent across all levels of the organization Manage employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning to enhance workforce productivity Ensure effective execution and adoption of HR systems for streamlined HR operations and reporting Partner with leadership to provide guidance on organizational development, policy enforcement, and change management Promote a positive corporate culture through strong communication, collaboration, and employee relations practices Oversee training and development programs to build capabilities and support career growth Qualifications: At least 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources Proven experience handling HR operations at a national or multi-site level Strong background in employee relations, compensation & benefits, recruitment, and training Hands-on experience with HR systems and processes; ability to implement and optimize HR technology Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills; able to influence at all levels Experience in corporate HR environments with demonstrated ability to combine strategy and execution
