Sales Support Specialist (Dutch Speaker) Location: Sofia, Bulgaria Work Model: Hybrid (3 days at the office) Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 09:00 – 18:00 We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist with strong analytical skills and attention to detail to support sales operations, forecasting, and revenue processes in a fast-paced, international environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams. What the Role Looks Like Prepare and validate Revenue Recognition data for client sign-off; follow up with internal Operations teams to ensure correct categorization Monitor Revenue (Actuals & Scheduled Billings) , quoting tool status, and sales pipeline to identify gaps or duplications Support Sales Management with accurate and clean forecasting outlooks Perform daily and weekly pipeline hygiene checks , flagging issues such as missing close plans or overdue opportunities Investigate and reconcile billing and invoicing issues , including disputes, credits, and adjustments, in collaboration with Finance and Operations teams Support forecasting processes by joining or leading closing calls, tracking deal progression, and preparing forecast files Manage Support Help tickets related to pricing, tools, quote updates, and billing escalations Proactively monitor deal progress and work with Quoting teams and management to resolve blockers Generate and share reports on pipeline hygiene exceptions and billing readiness, ensuring timely action in CRM What Were Looking For Fluency in Dutch language (spoken and written) Experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail Comfortable working with CRM systems, quoting tools, and forecasting data Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities Compensation & Benefits Salary: 3,658 BGN gross Hybrid working model with a structured weekday schedule Full-time role with long-term career growth opportunities If you enjoy supporting sales teams, working with data, and ensuring smooth revenue and billing processes, this role could be a great next step in your career.
