Position: Service Plumber

Location: Southern Alberta

Overview: Our company is looking for a competent and dependable Service Plumber to become part of our team. This position suits individuals with excellent problem-solving skills, outstanding customer interaction abilities, and considerable experience handling residential or commercial plumbing tasks independently.

Primary Duties:

• Conduct plumbing repair work, routine maintenance, and new installations.

• Identify problems with pipes, fixtures, water heaters, drainage systems, pumps, and associated equipment.

• Perform plumbing evaluations and provide recommendations or solutions.

• Address urgent service requests as needed.

• Deliver clear communication and professional service to clients.

• Keep precise records of work completed.

• Ensure adherence to local regulations, safety protocols, and company standards.

• Operate autonomously while effectively managing time.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in plumbing services.

• Certified Journeyperson Plumber preferred.

• Possession of a valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving history required.

• Strong diagnostic and analytical abilities necessary for troubleshooting issues.

• Superior customer service skills coupled with strong communication capabilities are essential.

• Ability to work in dynamic settings that may involve being on-call or physically demanding tasks is required.

Additional Assets: Gasfitter certification (A or B) would be advantageous. Familiarity with industrial plumbing systems is beneficial.
