Service Plumbing - Lethbridge, Alberta

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Service Plumber to join our team in Southern Alberta.  This role is ideal for someone who has strong diagnostic abilities, excellent customer service skills and extensive experience working independently on residential and/or commercial service calls.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Perform plumbing service work including repairs, maintenance and installations

·         Diagnose issues with piping, fixtures, hot water tanks, drainage systems, pumps and related equipment

·         Conduct plumbing inspections and provide solutions/recommendations

·         Respond to emergency service calls as required

·         Provide clear communication and professional service to customers

·         Maintain accurate documentation of work performed

·         Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards and company policies

·         Work independently and manage time effectively

Qualifications:

·         Minimum 5 year of professional plumbing service experience

·         Journeyperson Plumber

·         Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean driving record

·         Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

·         Excellent customer service and communication skills

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-call and sometimes physically demanding environment

·         Gasfitter certification (A or B) considered an asset

·         Experience with commercial plumbing systems is an asset
