Parc Provence Memory Care – St. Louis, MO

Parc Provence, locally owned and nationally recognized as the premier memory care senior living community in the St. Louis area, is hiring a Leasing Coordinator to join our team. The Leasing Coordinator supports the Leasing Counselors and Director of Leasing in managing the leasing and admissions process. This role represents Parc Provence to prospective residents, families, and the community while ensuring a seamless and compassionate experience.

Responsibilities

• Document daily leasing team meeting notes and action plans.

• Conduct follow-up with prospective residents and families (tours, home visits, calls, emails, appointments).

• Maintain sales activity, follow-up tasks, and apartment inventory in Sherpa CRM and related systems.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent visitor and resident experiences.

• Support occupancy and revenue goals set by leadership.

• Attend outreach events and resident programming as needed.

• Maintain marketing materials and assist with department mailings.

• Coordinate room displays, internal moves, and apartment turnovers.

• Maintain resident files, lead databases, and admissions paperwork.

• Report maintenance and safety concerns promptly.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

• Experience in leasing or marketing within a long-term care community preferred.

• Strong reasoning skills and ability to follow directions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact pleasantly and effectively with staff, residents, and families.
