This is a full-time temporary position located on-site at our conveniently situated Parc Provence campus at Olive & 270.

Your Role: In your role as AIT, collaborate closely with Licensed Administrators and department leaders while gaining deep insights into the operations of our four senior living communities. Your journey will include:
Resident Support & Clinical Engagement:
Empower teams to deliver compassionate and individualized care.
Participate actively in care plan meetings while ensuring clinical standards are met.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Understand how regulatory frameworks shape community operations.
Assist with internal evaluations and ensure adherence to compliance protocols.
Team Dynamics & HR Involvement:
Learn from department heads across various functions including nursing services, culinary experiences, housekeeping efforts.
Contribute to staff scheduling processes alongside hiring initiatives that enhance team engagement.
Financial Acumen & Facility Management:
Acquire practical experience with financial planning including budgeting strategies.
Grasp how Medicare along with private pay systems influence day-to-day activities.
Leadership Development Projects:
Lead dynamic projects aimed at operational enhancements.
Reflect on daily learnings while achieving program objectives—cultivating your unique leadership style along the way.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

A Bachelor's degree (Healthcare Administration or related field preferred)
Exceptional communication abilities coupled with strong organizational skills
An authentic dedication towards eldercare paired with empathetic leadership qualities
Ability meeting Missouri's character criteria alongside being minimum age requirement of 21 years old
Your Licensure Pathway: This position satisfies Missouri’s mandate for completing a 1000-hour AIT curriculum; equipping candidates thoroughly before sitting National (NAB) alongside State licensure exams—the potential exists based upon prior expertise potentially qualifying individuals toward reduced-hour programs—referencing further information via Missouri BNHA website access points!
