This is a full-time temporary position located on-site at our conveniently situated Parc Provence campus at Olive & 270.

Your Role: In your role as AIT, collaborate closely with Licensed Administrators and department leaders while gaining deep insights into the operations of our four senior living communities. Your journey will include:

Resident Support & Clinical Engagement:

• Empower teams to deliver compassionate and individualized care.

• Participate actively in care plan meetings while ensuring clinical standards are met.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

• Understand how regulatory frameworks shape community operations.

• Assist with internal evaluations and ensure adherence to compliance protocols.

Team Dynamics & HR Involvement:

• Learn from department heads across various functions including nursing services, culinary experiences, housekeeping efforts.

• Contribute to staff scheduling processes alongside hiring initiatives that enhance team engagement.

Financial Acumen & Facility Management:

• Acquire practical experience with financial planning including budgeting strategies.

• Grasp how Medicare along with private pay systems influence day-to-day activities.

Leadership Development Projects:

• Lead dynamic projects aimed at operational enhancements.

• Reflect on daily learnings while achieving program objectives—cultivating your unique leadership style along the way.

A Bachelor's degree (Healthcare Administration or related field preferred)
