ROLE OVERVIEW

Parc Provence is on the hunt for a skilled and empathetic Night Shift Nurse Supervisor to lead one of our Memory Care units. Our mission is to deliver outstanding nursing care tailored to the individual needs of our residents. KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The core duties outlined below are indicative but not exhaustive:

  • Supervise personnel within the unit including CNAs, CMTs, LPNs, and RNs.

  • Collaborate with families and residents to boost resident wellness.

  • Conduct resident evaluations; manage updates and changes in personalized care plans.

  • Fulfill responsibilities as Charge Nurse or Resident Care Specialist (CNA) when necessary for optimal staffing levels.

  • Adhere to State Regulations along with policies set by DCS and Administration across all responsibilities.

  • Engage in MOD rotation schedule.

  • Notify DCS or Administrator about maintenance/safety issues or inform receptionist/MOD during weekends.

  • Commit to working weekends, holidays, or beyond scheduled hours if required for normal weekend coverage or special activities/projects.

  • Uphold established protocols for safeguarding resident confidentiality concerning their data.

  • Participate actively in all training sessions offered by the employer.

  • Execute additional tasks as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Must possess either an LPN or RN credential.

Experience:

Preferably 3–5 years’ experience in a leadership position within a skilled nursing facility or related healthcare environment.

Reasoning Abilities:

Capable of comprehending instructions accurately.

Effective Oral/Written Communication Skills: Proficient in reading, writing, speaking English clearly; able to interact amicably with staff/residents/families showcasing strong verbal/written skills.
