BH Treatment Team Supervisor

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide supervision for a nursing and community treatment team of 5-10 individuals

  • Provide initial and on-going training and support of team members

  • Meet administrative needs for documentation requirements

  • Provide day-to-day organization and direction

  • Assign caseloads to team members

  • Review notes, assessments, progress reviews and other pertinent patient information

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master's level degree licensed as an LISW, LSW, PC, PCC, MFT or IMFT credentialing is required;

  • Minimum of one (1) year of demonstrated supervision experience;

  • Ability to work independently required;

  • Conflict management & resolution, skill building and the ability to motivate and lead staff members to achieve goals is essential;

  • Must meet agency credentialing requirements; and

  • Subject to criminal background check and mandatory pre-employment drug testing.
