Registered Nurse Opportunity – Embrace Work-Life Balance!

We are excited to offer a full-time Registered Nurse role with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for an ideal work-life balance. This position involves at least one clinical day per week and up to four days for community-based appointments within Franklin County limits. Enjoy the benefit of mileage reimbursement at current federal rates.

Compensation starts at $40.00 per hour with an attractive sign-on bonus of $5,000.

Your Role:
As an integral member of our healthcare team you'll:
Provide medication management services after evaluating patient's mental health status;
Collect vital signs as part of assessments;
Monitor medication effectiveness;
Coordinate treatment resources for patients;
Educate patients on maintaining physical and mental wellness;
Potentially rotate into our Medical Clinic one day weekly.

Requirements:
Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ASN) minimum requirement; BSN preferred
Active Ohio Registered Nurse license is mandatory;
Experience in clinical or psychiatric settings is desirable;
Skills in crisis intervention are advantageous;
Expected to meet agency productivity standards including annual billable hours targets.;
Valid Ohio driver’s license with clean driving record necessary;
