We're seeking innovative Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with DEA licenses who are passionate about mental health, psychiatric care and addiction medicine.

Responsibilities include:
Conducting initial triage assessments and care planning
Ongoing monitoring and care management
Responding to acute medical needs
Performing wound care, evaluations, and procedures
Educating patients on health topics
Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary team
Requirements:
Active RN license in state or Oregon
Associate's degree in Nursing
Current BLS/CPR certification
Strong assessment and clinical skills
Ability to work independently and with others
Experience serving diverse patient populations
