Position: Plumbing Supervisor

We are looking for a seasoned Plumbing Supervisor to oversee and direct plumbing operations on multifamily building projects. This position is perfect for a proactive leader with in-depth technical expertise, verified field management skills, and the capability to complete projects timely and cost-effectively.

Primary Duties:

• Oversee and manage all plumbing tasks on multifamily construction sites.

• Guide field teams and subcontractors to maintain efficiency, quality standards, and safety protocols.

• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and timelines to steer installations.

• Collaborate with project coordinators, site managers, inspectors, and other trade professionals.

• Ensure adherence to local plumbing regulations and company guidelines.

• Procure supplies, oversee inventory levels, and monitor labor expenditures.

• Perform site evaluations regularly to identify issues early on.

Requirements: Candidates should possess strong leadership qualities along with significant experience in managing large-scale plumbing projects. The ability to interpret technical documents accurately is essential. Familiarity with local codes is required. Organizational skills for material ordering as well as experience in resolving onsite challenges effectively are necessary attributes for this role.
