We are hiring a skilled Plumbing Supervisor to oversee plumbing activities for residential construction projects in the Hampton Roads / Chesapeake region. This role is suited for a driven leader who excels in directing teams, organizing schedules, and maintaining quality benchmarks in a dynamic and high-volume setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct plumbing teams across several home building sites

• Ensure compliance with regional codes, safety protocols, and company quality requirements

• Plan workforce allocation, arrange inspections, and coordinate supply deliveries

• Liaise with contractors, site managers, and regulatory inspectors

• Resolve challenges to maintain project timelines

• Sustain efficiency in an environment focused on meeting deadlines

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated expertise in plumbing for new home builds

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous

• Comprehensive understanding of plumbing regulations and onsite safety practices
