Location: Hampton Roads / Chesapeake, VA

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to manage plumbing operations for residential building projects in the Hampton Roads / Chesapeake area. This position is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives at team management, scheduling, and upholding quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee and guide plumbing teams on multiple residential construction sites

• Ensure adherence to local regulations, safety guidelines, and company quality standards

• Plan resource distribution, organize inspections, and coordinate material deliveries

• Communicate effectively with subcontractors, site supervisors, and regulatory officials

• Address issues promptly to keep projects on schedule

• Maintain productivity in a deadline-oriented setting

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in plumbing within new residential construction

• Prior experience in leadership or supervisory roles is preferred

• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and workplace safety procedures
