We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to lead plumbing operations for new home construction projects in the Hampton Roads / Chesapeake area. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment ideal for a motivated leader who thrives on managing crews, schedules, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate plumbing crews on multiple residential construction sites

• Ensure work meets local codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations

• Schedule manpower, inspections, and material deliveries

• Communicate with builders, project managers, and inspectors

• Troubleshoot issues and keep projects on schedule

• Maintain productivity in a busy, deadline-driven environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential new construction plumbing

• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and jobsite safety
