Job Title: Warehouse Associate

We are searching for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operations of our warehouse. You will be expected to maintain a neat, safe, and orderly work setting while adhering to the company's standards and operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately select, inspect, pack, and dispatch orders according to established procedures.
- Manage documentation for shipping such as preparing packing slips and coordinating pickups.
- Enter and update order information in the company's database system.
- Organize inventory by stocking shelves with released products and conducting transfers as necessary.
- Safely operate material handling equipment including forklifts.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment such as recharging forklift batteries when required.
- Participate in daily counts of inventory to ensure accuracy of finished goods stock levels.
- Produce packaging materials like air cushions when needed to ensure product safety during transit.
- Maintain cleanliness within workspaces on a daily basis.
- Move merchandise between different storage facilities using forklifts or company vehicles when necessary.

Additional tasks may be assigned as needed which can include cross-training opportunities or support in other departments.

Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required; additional training is a plus.
- At least one year of experience working in a similar role preferred but not essential; willingness to learn is critical
.- A valid certification in forklift operation is mandatory
.- An insurable driving record that meets the company's standards
.- Physical ability to occasionally lift items weighing up to 100 pounds.
