The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years floral design and flower shop experience as well as a passion for design and a desire to grow their skills

We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and grow with our company

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects at once

Must be detail-oriented and organized with excellent communication skills

Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

Must be willing to learn new skills and grow with the company

Must be able to work extra hours during busier times of the year

Must be willing to work some Saturdays
