Bilingual Morning Shift Manager — English/Spanish

Schedule: 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
Pay: $18.00 per hour

Workforce Solutions LLC is seeking a dependable, organized bilingual manager to oversee morning-shift employees and support daily operations. The ideal candidate communicates effectively in English and Spanish and leads by example.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise employees and coordinate daily work assignments.

• Communicate instructions clearly in English and Spanish.

• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and timekeeping.

• Help train employees on job duties and workplace procedures.

• Monitor work quality and progress toward daily goals.

• Promote a safe, respectful, and productive workplace.

• Address employee concerns and report issues to management.

• Coordinate shift handoffs and communicate unfinished tasks.

Qualifications:

• Ability to speak, read, and write in English and Spanish.

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.

• Reliable attendance and availability for the scheduled shift.

• Experience in assembly, machinery, or fulfillment operations preferred.
