About the Role

The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, entering and updating data, and ensuring information is properly organized within internal systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Handle and maintain company records in accordance with internal policies

  • Input, update, and verify data across internal systems

  • Organize records to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance

  • Respond to basic customer or internal inquiries related to records or data

  • Support administrative and operational tasks as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Additional education or certification in administration, business, or a related field is a plus

Required Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, data systems)

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

  • Professional handling of sensitive or confidential information

 

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative support

  • Familiarity with data entry tools or record management systems

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Range and Compensation Package
