Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new clients, guiding them through initial setup, and providing exceptional support during the transition phase. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process.

  • Guide clients through account setup, documentation submission, and system configuration.

  • Ensure all required client information is collected accurately and in compliance with company policies or regulatory standards.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, IT, operations) to facilitate seamless transitions from sales to operational phases.

  • Conduct onboarding meetings or training sessions to familiarize clients with company products/services.

  • Monitor progress of ongoing client setups and address any delays or issues promptly.

  • Provide regular updates on onboarding status to both clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Maintain detailed records of each client's onboarding journey using CRM tools or relevant software systems.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the onboarding workflow.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.

  • Proven experience in client-facing roles such as customer success/onboarding/support (minimum 2 years).

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly across diverse audiences.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; ability to present information clearly.

  • Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) or other project management tools preferred.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations related on data handling etc based
