Customer Service Representative/Order Support

Seeking a Customer Service/Administrative Associate for a local print manufacturing company in Fort Wayne, IN.

Candidates should expect to complete an interview with Tower Staffing and Customer in search before being accepted for the position.

Essential Functions:

  • Customer contact via telephone and email.

  • Entering customer orders.

  • Quoting customer pricing, both verbally and computerized.

  • Expediting customer orders when needed.


  • Filing, faxing, and keeping areas organized.

  • Help various departments when needed (accounting, sales, customer service).

  • Data entry, order office supplies, and directing calls to appropriate recipients.


  • Ability to utilize Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

  • Must have 2+ years in a customer service or related role.

  • 2+ years experience working in a professional office.

  • Time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills are required.

  • Ability to work independently and in cooperation with your peers.

  • MUST be comfortable with a rule, measurements, fractions and math

  • Must be able to pass a drug screen.

Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.
Benefits: $16/hr, $17 at 90 days, and full benefits.
