Job Overview

Topsider Homes in Clemmons, NC (suburban to Winston-Salem), designer and fabricator of distinctive high-end custom post & beam homes, sold and shipped worldwide since 1968, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to manage all marketing programs for lead generation, sales support and brand building. This is not a remote position.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable strategic and analytical skills.

• Experience in digital marketing, including AI, social media, SEM, SEO, and PPC.

• Familiarity and hands-on experience with programs and platforms for social media, website development, creative design and various analytics.

• Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking.

• Experience in managing outside vendors for various technical initiatives.

• 7+ years of experience in traditional and digital marketing with a degree in a related area – or equivalent in experience.

Compensation: From $75k to start based on experience and qualifications.
