Position Overview: We are on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist Specialist to become an integral part of our vibrant healthcare group. The perfect applicant will have a dedication to assisting patients in restoring their strength, mobility, and autonomy through customized therapy plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient requirements by examining medical records and performing physical assessments.

• Design personalized treatment strategies aimed at accomplishing targeted objectives.

• Deliver direct physical therapy interventions using exercises, manual techniques, equipment, or other modalities.

• Instruct patients on therapeutic exercises they can perform independently between appointments.

• Track patient advancements and modify treatment strategies as necessary for best results.

• Work with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare providers to formulate comprehensive care strategies.

• Keep precise records of patient evaluations, treatments rendered, progress updates, and discharge reports following company guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from a recognized program required; Doctorate preferred (DPT).

• Current state certification as a Physical Therapist or eligibility for certification upon employment.

• Demonstrated experience in crafting successful treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively educate patients about their conditions and therapies.

• Capability to operate both autonomously and cooperatively within a multidisciplinary team setting.
