CORPORATE CONTROLLER- St. Louis, MO  (RELOCATION ASSISTANCE PROVIDED)
 Sector Leading Globally-Focused Manufacturing & Distribution Organization - HYBRID
OUTLINE:
 A Hybrid role, the incumbent will provide oversight of activities for North American & Global operations; providing financial decision support for operational & strategic initiatives impacting business objectives.
 As a Lead Contributor, collaboration in conceptualizing & implementing financial solutions will be essential.
 (Base: $140K to $160K, Bonus Target: 20%, 401K match & Full Health Benefits)
OVERVIEW:
• Lead oversight of monthly, quarterly & year-end close, transaction reviews & journal entries
• Supervise 3 direct team members
• Prepare financial analysis, focusing on commentary & interpretation of results for accurate business insights
• Ensure consistent implementation of accounting policies, SOX support & compliance
• Lead interaction with Internal & External auditors
• Document opportunity areas for improvement, creating guidelines & directives; identify performance enhancement opportunities based upon knowledge of internal/external business challenges
• Interact with all departments, ensuring Accounting & Finance Best Practices are effectively leveraged
PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:
• BA/BS, emphasis in Accounting, Finance, or related; CPA designation a big+
• Ability to utilize ERP systems to extract information & leverage efficiencies
• Comprehension of accounting regulations, policies & practices; SOX & U.S. GAAP
• Utilization of business analyses, financial planning & reporting skills to generate timely business insights
• Advanced use/knowledge of MS programs (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
