The role:

As a Recruiter at TalentXD, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality recruitment services and building meaningful relationships across the iGaming sector. You will identify exceptional talent, advise clients with honesty and insight, and ensure that every interaction reflects the integrity and professionalism our brand stands for.

Location: Hybrid / Remote

Responsibilities:

As aRecruiter, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and hiring needs.

• Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with high-calibre candidates within the iGaming industry.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to placement and post-placement follow-up.

• Prepare and guide candidates through each stage of the interview process, ensuring a positive experience.

• Develop new business opportunities through proactive networking and relationship management.

• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for both active and future roles.

• Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market dynamics to support effective hiring strategies.

• Represent TalentXD at industry events and networking opportunities, promoting our values and expanding our reach.

• Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards, ensuring transparency, respect, and fairness in every interaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within or related to the iGaming, technology, or digital sectors.

• A strong client and candidate network, with a track record of successful placements.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a supportive team.

• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter; experience with TeamTailor is advantageous.

• A genuine commitment to integrity, professionalism, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
