Role Overview:

As a Customer Support, you’ll be the primary point of contact for customer queries, providing support through phone, email, chat, and social media. You'll assist with account access, payment issues, and technical challenges—ensuring each interaction is smooth, professional, and positive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely, high-quality support across all communication channels

• Assist users with setting up accounts, troubleshooting login issues, and resolving payment or technical queries

• Serve as a reliable and empathetic contact, particularly for clients with sports-related questions

• Respond to customer feedback with understanding and professionalism

• Strengthen customer relationships through clear, supportive communication

• Uphold service quality by adhering to internal procedures and standards

• Offer feedback and ideas to continuously improve the customer support experience

Requirements:

• Fluent in French (C2 level)
• Fluent in English (B2 level)
• EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
• 0-1 year of experience in customer support
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow
