English Customer Service

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries for a leading retail client, ensuring a professional and customer-focused experience
  • Deliver accurate and complete information by utilizing appropriate tools, resources, and established procedures
  • Occasionally promote additional products or services to existing customers based on their needs and interests

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent/Native in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background
  • Competence in navigating computer systems and commonly used software applications
  • Demonstrates professionalism, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
  • Availability to work consistent overnight shifts
