HSE Manager

Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programmes in line with local and international regulations.
* Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
* Maintain accurate records of HSE performance and report regularly to management.
* Promote a positive HSE culture and ensure compliance across all operations.
* Manage and control HSE budgets and resources.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest HSE legislation and best practices.


Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
* Certified in NEBOSH
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar HSE management role.
* Strong knowledge of Qatari HSE regulations and international standards.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
