Office Assistant

Huff Consulting is seeking a dependable and professional Office Assistant to support our team in the office environment. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and proficient with office tools and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and route phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

  • Manage and update client accounts

  • Respond to emails and manage inboxes as needed

  • Use Microsoft Excel and Word for reports, tracking, and documentation

  • Provide general administrative support and assist with daily office tasks

  • Maintain digital and paper filing systems

Qualifications:

  • REQUIRE Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

  • Strong phone and email communication skills

  • Detail-oriented and organized

  • Comfortable managing client information and basic account tasks

  • Previous office or administrative experience is a plus
