Annual Pay: $315,000 base salary (2-year guarantee) with additional income potential based on RVU production

Starting Bonus: $50,000

Student Loan Assistant: Up to $200,000 in student loan assistance (based on residence)

Job Overview:

Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine/Pediatrics physician for a full-time role in St. Joseph, MO. This hybrid practice includes newborn through geriatric care with no ER, no OB, and no adult inpatient responsibilities. Hospitalist team covers adult admissions. The position features a flexible 4.5-day work week and collaborative patient management with five physicians and two advanced practice providers. Newborn and pediatric hospital rotations required one out of every 5 weeks. This is an ideal opportunity for physicians looking for stability, flexibility, and a close-knit medical community.
