Your Role: What You'll Do

• Review and moderate user-generated content for the Dutch market on popular social media platforms

• Ensure all content complies with established guidelines and policies

• Stay up to date with evolving policies and community standards

• Share and apply best practices to meet and exceed performance goals

• Contribute ideas for improvements and innovations, both internally and externally

What You Bring:

• Native-level Dutch language skills (written and spoken)

• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level)

• Quick to learn and adapt to new information

• A detail-oriented mindset and strong sense of responsibility

• Empathy, motivation, and a positive attitude

• Experience handling large volumes of content is a plus

• Willingness to work in 24/7 rotating shifts, including weekends
