Wireless Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement wireless network infrastructure for clients, including access points, controllers, and network switches

- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues related to wireless connectivity, performance, and security

- Conduct site surveys and perform network capacity planning to ensure optimal network performance

- Collaborate with clients to understand their network requirements and provide customized solutions

- Monitor network performance and make recommendations for improvements

- Stay updated with the latest wireless network technologies and trends

- Develop and maintain network documentation and diagrams

- Train and mentor junior engineers on wireless network technologies and best practices

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining wireless networks

- Strong knowledge of wireless network protocols such as 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax

- Experience with wireless network equipment from vendors such as Cisco, Aruba, and Ruckus

- Familiarity with network security protocols and best practices

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Certifications such as CCNA Wireless or CWNA are a plus
