About the Role
We are looking for an Estonian-speaking Content Moderator to join our growing team in Sofia. In this role, youll be on the front lines of online safety, reviewing and managing user-generated content to ensure platform guidelines are upheld. Youll play a key part in creating a positive and welcoming experience for users around the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and review reported content across platforms in Estonian

• Evaluate content against established guidelines and policies

• Accurately escalate and document violations as needed

• Collaborate with international teams to improve processes and user experience

What Youll Need

• Fluency in Estonian (spoken and written)

• Good command of English for internal communication

• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
