Job Title: IT System Administrator (m/w/d)
Location: Geretsried, Germany (close to Munich)
Remote Work: Hybrid (up to 2 days of home office per week)
Travel: Local client visits within a 45-minute radius
Salary: €45,000 - €60,000
Relocation Support: Financial assistance available
Contract Type: Permanent (Open-ended)

Our client is an established IT Services company specializing in IT security, project management, and IT infrastructure for SMEs, including accountants, doctors, and lawyers. Your Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and develop IT infrastructure projects
Manage and administer Microsoft or Linux environments
Install, develop, and support customer IT environments
Provide remote & on-site support to clients
Support pre-sales activities by assisting the sales team with technical insights
Set up and manage cloud projects
Configure hardware and software for client environments

What You Need to Succeed

Experience & Skills

3+ years of experience in IT administration/infrastructure
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure/365, Exchange, SQL
Server administration experience (Windows or Linux)
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a solution-oriented manner

Languages

German (B2) – Required for client communication
English (C1) – Essential for technical documentation and internal collaboration

Education & Certifications

Preferred: IT-related degree or equivalent qualification
Big Plus: Apprenticeship as "Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration"
