Role: Business Teacher

As a Business Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons that inspire and engage students in their study of business. You will support students in developing a well-rounded understanding of business theory, management, marketing, and finance. Your role will include:

As a Business Teacher, you should be planning, preparing, and delivering engaging and meaningful Business lessons to students of various age groups (KS4 and KS5).

• Encouraging students to apply business concepts and critical thinking skills in various contexts.
• Collaborating with other members of staff to ensure the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Business.
• Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment within the Business department.
• As a qualified Business Teacher, you will be expected to attend departmental meetings and contribute to extracurricular business-related activities.

Key Qualities We Are Looking For:

• A strong passion for Business and a desire to support students' understanding of business principles.
• A formal teaching qualification in Business or a related discipline.
• Experience in teaching Business to secondary-aged students is highly desirable, ideally within an independent school setting.
• A passion for developing young people academically and practically, preparing them for future careers.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a stimulating and collaborative team.
• Experience with organizing and leading business-related projects and competitions is beneficial.
