🎓 Your Role

As a Biology Teacher at our school, you will:

  • Teach engaging and inspiring Biology lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, introducing students to the fascinating world of science

  • Support students in developing both practical skills and a deeper understanding of biological concepts

  • Contribute to curriculum planning alongside a collaborative and experienced team of Biology Teachers

  • Use assessment and feedback to help students progress and achieve their full potential

  • Encourage involvement in extracurricular science activities, including science clubs, projects, and events

  • Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that sparks curiosity and inspires every learner

✅ What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a motivated and reflective ECT who:

  • Will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by September 2025

  • Has a degree in Biology or a related field, with a strong passion for teaching the subject

  • Is passionate about making Biology accessible, enjoyable, and engaging for all students

  • Has strong communication and organisational skills

  • Is eager to contribute to a supportive school community and grow as a Biology Teacher
